Services Offered

• 🏠 Management of tour operators’ advertisements (adding, editing, and deleting listings).
• 💳 Secure booking system , which allows travellers to pay bookings directly to tour operators

Account Registration

To use Viaggi2.0 services, you must register by creating an account. Registration is free, but to complete a booking or post an ad, you must provide truthful and up-to-date information , including:

Reservations and Payments (for Travellers)

The Travellers can book accommodation through the platform. Bookings become binding once the required deposit has been paid, unless otherwise specified by the Tours Operators.

💰 Payment

When booking, travellers will be bound by the terms and conditions of the individual tour operators.

Cancellation Policies

Each tours operator and hotel  sets their own cancellation policies.

Tours Operators Responsibilities

Tours Operators are responsible for:
